Born on April 8, 1998, in Great Bend, Kansas, Troy was the son of Darin and Chrissy (Eversole) Devine. He spent his life in Stafford County, graduating from St. John High School in 2017. Known for his strong work ethic and dependable nature, Troy built a career as a Foreman with Dig-Rite Hydro Excavation and previously worked as a farmhand for Cornwell Farms. His colleagues remember him as a hardworking, respected, and committed professional who took pride in every task he undertook.

He is survived by his son Weston Devine and Weston’s mother, Rachel Bussen, as well as his mother Chrissy (Mark) Green, his father Darin Devine, his brother Austin White, and his sister Makayla.
